Community Rules

1. Purpose and legal status

These Community Rules ("Rules") set the behavioural standards for everyone using the Community Network Platform, available at www.communitynet.ru (Russian-language version — for users in the Russian Federation and Russian-speaking users) and www.communitynet.app (international version). The Rules form an integral part of the Terms of Service and are binding on all users of both versions. The Rules are binding on guests, registered users, business-account holders, ambassadors, agents, event organisers. A breach of the Rules may result in content removal, feature restrictions, temporary or permanent account suspension without refund, referral to law enforcement and recovery of damages. For severe violations (CSAM, terrorism, threats to life, major fraud) immediate suspension applies without prior warning.

2. Prohibited behaviour

The following is strictly forbidden on the Platform: Aggression against people: — harassment, bullying, threats, blackmail, extortion and intimidation of any user; — discrimination on the basis of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, property or employment status, place of residence, religion, beliefs, membership in public associations, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, health or any other characteristic; — sexual harassment, unsolicited sexual messages, unwanted intimate images or videos (sexting without consent). Deception and fraud: — fraud, scams, financial schemes, "romance" scams, collecting donations under false pretences; — impersonating another person, misrepresenting your identity, profession, status or affiliation; — sharing personal data of third parties without their consent (doxing); — using fake or borrowed photos (catfishing). Public danger: — incitement to violence, terrorism, extremism, suicide or self-harm; — inciting ethnic, religious or racial hatred; — publishing instructions for committing crimes, creating weapons, producing drugs.

3. Prohibited content

Creating, uploading, publishing, distributing or linking to any of the following is prohibited: Absolutely forbidden (immediate suspension + law-enforcement notification): — child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, and any sexualised content involving minors; — promotion of terrorism and extremism, incitement of such crimes; — scenes of real murder, torture, grievous bodily harm; — advertising of contract killing or ordering of crimes. Prohibited (standard sanctions): — pornography, sexually explicit content, full nudity outside of art or medical context; — graphic violence, cruelty, content depicting harm to people or animals; — promotion of Nazism, fascism and other banned ideologies; — hate speech, incitement of hatred based on group membership; — illegal goods and services: drugs, weapons, counterfeit documents, stolen data, pirated content; — infringement of copyright, trademarks or other rights of third parties; — spam, bulk commercial messaging without recipient consent, phishing; — malware, phishing links, SQL injection, XSS and other security threats; — deepfake content — artificially created / modified images and videos of real people without their consent, particularly sexual or degrading content; — AI-generated content impersonating specific real people without consent.

4. Manipulation, gaming and abuse of service

All attempts to manipulate Platform algorithms, ratings or metrics are forbidden: — automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers) without our explicit written permission; — creating multiple accounts to evade bans or inflate ratings, likes or matches; — artificially inflating your own rating or deflating the rating of others; — buying, selling, trading or transferring accounts and credentials; — coordinated mutual-upvote rings or "mutual support" groups; — reverse-engineering, decompiling, or bypassing Platform security; — exploiting Platform vulnerabilities instead of responsibly disclosing them to security@communitynet.app; — mass harvesting of user data through the interface, API or other technical means; — credential stuffing, brute-force, password-spraying attacks; — distributing viruses, trojans, rootkits, adware, spyware; — actions aimed at disrupting Platform operation (DDoS, denial of service); — spoofing Platform system messages, phishing links; — attempts to bypass age, jurisdiction or sanctions restrictions.

5. Real-life meetings and safety

The Platform is a tool for introductions and networking, not a safety guarantee. When meeting other users offline: — meet the first time in a public place (café, coworking space, event); — tell someone close to you where, when and with whom you are meeting; — never hand over money, documents, verification codes or access to financial accounts to strangers; — keep your drinks in sight and avoid intoxication around strangers; — trust your instincts — if anything feels off, end the meeting. Emergency numbers: 112 (Russia / EU), 911 (US), 999 (UK). You accept all risks associated with in-person meetings. The Company does not run background checks on users, cannot guarantee their safety, and bears no liability for the consequences of such meetings. Risk notice. In New York and other jurisdictions requiring special notices for dating services (NY GBL §§ 394-c, 394-cc, 394-ccc), we display the relevant notifications in the interface.

6. Commercial activity

Users may use the Platform for professional contacts, networking and business proposals, within the functionality provided. The following is prohibited: — bulk commercial outreach (cold outreach without recipient consent); — using the Platform for multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes or network schemes; — harvesting user contacts to sell, transfer or use outside the Platform; — publishing direct links to competing dating or networking platforms; — selling sexual services, escort services or "sugar" relationships; — selling services not relevant to the Platform (unlicensed brokerage, unregistered financial activity, gambling, ICO/tokens). Business accounts and events are subject to additional rules published in the respective Platform sections and in separate agreements (B2B Terms, Event Organizer Terms, Data Processing Addendum).

7. Reporting violations and SLA

If you notice a violation of these Rules: — use the "Report" button in the user's profile, on a message or a post; — send a detailed description to report@communitynet.app with links, screenshots and the time of the incident; — if there is a threat to life or health, contact law enforcement immediately (112 RU/EU, 911 US, 999 UK) and then notify us; — for DMCA and IP claims — dmca@communitynet.app following the DMCA standard (17 U.S.C. § 512); — for security vulnerabilities — security@communitynet.app (responsible disclosure, bug bounty subject to rules). We review reports within: — 4 hours — for threats to life, CSAM, terrorism; — 24 hours — for severe violations (fraud, sexual harassment); — 72 hours — for standard violations; — 30 days — for formal requests and DMCA. Anonymous and coordinated reports filed to harm a legitimate user are themselves a violation and may result in sanctions against the reporter.

8. Sanctions

The Company applies graduated measures depending on the severity and recurrence of violations: Level 1 (minor etiquette breach, first occurrence): warning and content removal. Level 2 (repeated minor, non-spam outreach): temporary feature restrictions for 24h to 30 days. Level 3 (serious violation — spam, impersonation): temporary suspension of 30 to 90 days. Level 4 (repeated serious or threats): permanent ban on the account and all linked accounts, no refund of paid subscriptions. Level 5 (CSAM, terrorism, threats to life, major fraud): immediate permanent ban without prior warning + mandatory reporting to law enforcement + retention of all logs for the investigation. The Company may apply any measure at its discretion depending on the circumstances. The absence of sanctions against one user does not set a precedent for other cases.

9. Document relations and contact information

These Rules supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service take priority.
